Contact VPNFF Support

All account, subscription, payment, and connection issues are handled through support tickets in the user panel. Include the relevant environment details and a clear description before submitting to reduce follow-up questions.

Contact channels

Choose the right support channel

The public status shown on this page is authoritative. Channels without a published address are not current support entry points. Do not send account information based on details found on pages outside this site.

Support tickets

Use tickets for account status, subscription delivery, plan changes, payment verification, route connectivity, and client configuration. Tickets preserve the context, and any follow-up information stays in the same record.

Email support

No public email address is currently configured, so email is not a support entry point at this time. For detailed explanations, screenshots, or payment verification, use a ticket in the user panel instead.

Telegram support

No public Telegram address is currently configured, so no account is displayed on this page. Submit account, subscription, and connection issues through a ticket to keep a complete support record.

Before you submit

Make your issue easy to investigate

For connection issues, specify the platform, the status shown in the client, the selected route region, and the steps that led to the problem. VPNFF supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. System network settings and subscription import methods differ by platform, so this information helps support staff identify the right troubleshooting path.

For plan or traffic-related issues, state whether you are using a monthly subscription or a traffic package, and describe the difference between what the page shows and what you expected. Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; mid-cycle upgrades are prorated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Do not write only “it doesn’t work”; include the steps completed before the issue occurred.

For payment verification, mention the payment method used. VPNFF supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Provide only the information needed for verification in a ticket; never submit your account password, full subscription URL, or sensitive information unrelated to the issue.

Account note: VPNFF registration does not require an email address; a username and password are enough. If you cannot access the original account, provide non-sensitive details that can help locate it in your ticket. Do not submit your password again.
What to expect

Handled in order of context completeness

Tickets generally enter the workflow in submission order and by issue type. This page does not promise a fixed response time. Verifying payment status, reproducing platform settings, or checking international routes may require additional information. Continue replying in the original ticket to preserve the full context.

If the issue is resolved, report the result in the original ticket. If it persists, add the latest status instead of creating a duplicate ticket. Mention any changes to the network environment, client status, or selected route in your reply.
