Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This policy explains how VPNFF handles information while providing cross-border access and network acceleration services, and how users can manage related data. Using the service confirms that this policy has been read; users who disagree may stop using the service and submit a data deletion request.
Scope and Processing Principles
This policy applies to the VPNFF website, user panel, subscription services, and related support processes. Information is processed only as necessary to provide accounts, complete orders, deliver subscriptions, calculate traffic usage, maintain routes, and handle support tickets. VPNFF does not request identity details unrelated to the service for marketing purposes, and does not sell account details or browsing activity data.
No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Accordingly, the service does not require or collect a registration email address. Users should keep their username and password secure. Passwords are processed to verify account access and should not be submitted in tickets or other public areas.
Data Collected and Its Uses
Account operation requires processing a username, password verification results, plan status, summarized traffic usage, and necessary account settings. This information is used to identify the account, determine subscription status, display remaining traffic, deliver the service, and handle requests submitted by the user.
Order records include the selected plan, order amount, payment method, order status, refund status, and processing records related to the order. This information is used to confirm payment, activate service, reconcile accounts, handle disputes, and apply refund rules. Text, screenshots, or diagnostic information voluntarily provided in a ticket are used only to answer the relevant question and improve the support process.
The website may record page paths, access times, referring pages, browser type, device type, and broad access statistics. This helps verify that pages work properly, identify compatibility issues, and understand content usage. Statistical results are used for website operations analysis and are not used to build profiles of users' activity on international websites.
No-Logs Principle and Connection Data
VPNFF follows a no-logs principle. It does not record which websites users access through its routes, retain transmission content, or create destination records that can be traced back to individuals. While the connection service is running, it does not combine access destinations, account identity, and browsing content into a long-term activity history.
To establish and maintain a connection, the system processes necessary technical states during a session, such as route identifiers, session status, connection results, and traffic usage. These temporary states support routing, troubleshooting, and service protection. They are cleared as required after the session ends and are not retained as long-term connection logs. Plan traffic is retained only as summarized values needed for billing and display, without specific access content.
When users voluntarily troubleshoot a connection issue, VPNFF may inspect the relevant technical state based on the information provided in a ticket. After the issue is resolved, diagnostic materials no longer needed enter the cleanup process. Records still required for order disputes, service security, or legal obligations are managed separately from general support materials.
Cookies, Local Storage, and Third-Party Payments
The website may use cookies or browser local storage to retain login sessions, language preferences, interface state, and necessary security information. This data helps maintain login status, restore user choices, and keep the user panel working properly. After cookies or local storage are cleared, users may need to log in again and reset some preferences.
Payment supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT and is processed by the corresponding third-party payment services. Payment providers may receive an order identifier, amount, payment status, and information needed to complete the transaction under their own rules. VPNFF receives payment results used to confirm orders and does not directly store payment credentials controlled by the payment provider. Third-party data handling is also governed by the provider's own privacy rules.
Data Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates
Account details are retained while the account remains in use. Order and refund records are kept for as long as needed for transaction reconciliation, dispute handling, and applicable obligations. Access statistics are retained for operational analysis and deleted or aggregated when no longer needed. Temporary connection states are not retained long term, and ticket materials enter the cleanup process when support purposes end and no further retention basis applies.
Users may use the ticket portal in the user panel to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related data. Deleting account data may prevent continued subscription delivery, order lookup, and support services. Data that must be retained by law or remains related to unfinished orders, refunds, or disputes will have its use restricted by VPNFF and will be handled once the retention basis no longer applies.
This policy may be updated as service processes, technical implementation, or applicable requirements change. Updated versions will be published on this page, with the last-updated date at the top adjusted accordingly. Important changes to information handling may also be announced through the website or user panel. Users are encouraged to review the latest version before continuing to use the service.
