Service Rules

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

These terms apply to the international network acceleration and subscription services provided by VPNFF. Accessing the website, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or continuing to use the service means that the user has read, understood, and agreed to follow these terms. If any provision is unacceptable, stop using the relevant services.

Service Content and Scope

VPNFF provides network acceleration for cross-border access, using international routes to improve connection paths to international websites, online tools, and other network resources. The current service covers 90+ countries / 200+ routes and supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Routes, entry points, client compatibility, and accessible resources may vary with network conditions, service regions, and third-party platform rules.

Included traffic, validity terms, and reset rules are determined by the plan details shown on the purchase page. Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. Traffic packages remain valid permanently until used. VPNFF may adjust specific routes for network maintenance, capacity planning, or security needs, but benefits not listed on the page are not considered promised service features.

Accounts, Subscriptions, and Usage Rules

No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their account credentials and are responsible for connections, subscriptions, and ticket actions performed under their accounts. If credentials are exposed or unusual or unauthorized access is detected, change the password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.

The service supports unlimited devices, and users may configure clients on devices they personally manage and use. Unlimited devices does not mean that a subscription may be resold, split for sale, publicly posted, or continuously shared with unrelated third parties. Personal subscriptions must not be used for commercial distribution, route resale, public subscription links, or bulk access provision. The account user is responsible for consequences caused by voluntarily disclosing credentials, publishing subscription information, or using untrusted devices.

Payment and Refunds

The service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Before payment, users should verify the selected plan, traffic allowance, and billing details. Once an order is completed, the associated subscription benefits will be linked to the purchasing account. If an order display differs because of payment-channel delays, submit a ticket through the user panel for review.

Refund policy: A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 7 days of the first payment.

Refund requests must be submitted from the purchasing account so the relevant order can be verified. Once a request is accepted, order benefits may be suspended and related subscription information will become invalid. Stop using the services associated with the order before submitting a request. The refund outcome and processing progress are determined by the ticket and order status shown in the user panel.

Compliant Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and at the place where the service is used, and must independently confirm that intended content, network activity, and data transfers meet the relevant requirements. The service is intended only for lawful network access, work collaboration, learning and research, and everyday communication, and must not be used to conduct, assist, or distribute unlawful activities.

Users must not use the service to intrude into another person's systems, distribute malicious programs, send harassing messages, steal accounts or data, disrupt network facilities, infringe intellectual property, or engage in other conduct that may harm third-party rights or service stability. Automated abuse, malicious route occupation, or attempts to evade reasonable service-side management measures that affect other users are prohibited. When VPNFF receives a valid complaint or regulatory request, or detects clearly abnormal activity, it may take necessary measures such as restricting connections, suspending subscriptions, or terminating accounts.

Service Availability and Liability

VPNFF will maintain the website, user panel, client access, and international routes according to current technical conditions. Cross-border connections are affected by the user's local network, carrier routing, device configuration, target website policies, regional network changes, and force majeure. Connection speeds, accessible content, and continued availability may therefore change.

Planned maintenance will be announced through the site or user panel whenever possible. Some features may be temporarily interrupted during unexpected failures, security incidents, upstream route changes, or changes to third-party services. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNFF is not liable beyond the fees paid for the service for indirect losses caused by network fluctuations outside reasonable control, third-party platform restrictions, device failures, incorrect configuration, or failure to follow instructions.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

Users may stop renewing and discontinue the service. If a user resells a subscription, publicly shares access credentials, seriously affects route operations, violates compliant use requirements, uses the service to harm third-party rights, or refuses necessary security measures, VPNFF may suspend relevant features or terminate the account. Whether notice is provided before action depends on the urgency of the risk, complaint materials, and applicable requirements.

These terms may be revised due to changes in service scope, technical conditions, payment arrangements, or applicable rules. Updated content will be published on this page with the latest update date. Material changes affecting user rights will receive reasonable notice through the website or user panel. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms; if the user does not accept them, the service may be discontinued and eligible orders may be handled under the refund policy then in effect.
